About the Role

Zycus is hiring Regional Software Sales Manager in Philippines.

Preferred experience in ERP, SaaS, P2P_ Procure to Pay, Source to Pay, financial software product sales.

Sales Manager is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Vice President of Sales-SEA

Responsibilities:

  • The incumbent will be accountable for developing and closing net new business/ new accounts/new logos in Mid-Enterprise to Large Enterprise companies by adopting Complex Enterprise Solution sales approach
  • Should be able to meet the assigned Sales quota (achieved through 6-7 New Logos)
  • An aggressive Sales approach to penetrate new accounts by connecting and establishing relationships with senior-level executives
  • Should be able to forecast accurately the sales closures based upon realistic opportunity assessments & qualifications
  • Must have a coordinated team approach to work with a Business Development team to maximize penetration into territory
  • Be Able to work with other Functional leaders in the organization and leverage them as necessary
  • Should be able to work with Zycus partners/ resellers for joint sales pitches through our Global Alliances.

Requirements

The role requires a self-driven individual who has a successful Enterprise Sales experience in respective quota region with,

  • This key member must have a minimum of 8+ years of successful enterprise sales experience in the region along with a strong history of quota attainment
  • History of sales excellence and hunger for uncapped incentive earnings
  • Sharp commercial Acumen, deal structuring experience and skills
  • Excellent selling skills, probing skills, Negotiating & networking skills
  • Good engagement skills to establish a connect with the prospects and create an interest level to take the conversation to a demo stage
  • Ability to manage group dynamics, objection handling
  • Presence of mind, spontaneity & Perseverance
  • Solution selling experience in procurement space is definite advantage.
