The Client:

* JBAndrews is working with a Medium-sized Forwarding & Logistics company operating globally in multiple industries.

* They are looking to continue the growth of their French sales function across their focus customer verticals and across their core products of Air & Sea Freight.


The Role:

* Due to strong recent growth, the business requires an experienced Sales Manager to help further grow their Paris CDG branch looking after the branch overall but with a strong emphasis on sales development.

* Targeting leading companies across multiple industries (Retail, Fashion, FMCG, Aerospace, Automotive etc.), and by internal operations too, you will utilise your high level relationships to help set the structures in place to secure sales growth and to align the business with the strategic intents outlined.

* This position will involve fostering new relationships, taking final decisions on which to keep and which to cut, and generating new business to be fostered for the long-term with the focus on larger accounts across a multitude of core sectors.

* The position will have be predominantly be about sales strategy creation and delivery, and leading the small branch.


The Requirements:

* The business is seeking someone with a background in Air & Sea Freight sales at a leadership level to control the North France sales function. 

* You should possess at least 5 years’ experience in sales leadership consistently performing to ensure sales targets are hit and the logistical aspects are satisfied on a day-to-day, and strategic, level.

* Ideally the candidate will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills potential through prior experience on an International level.

* Grassroots experience in a logistics environment in a number of different disciplines and locations would be highly beneficial.

* Business level French & English is essential.

* The ideal candidate will be based in the Greater Paris area, and will be eligible to work here.
