We are looking forward to Sales Manager - Power distribution in Eaton’s electrical business, based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

This exciting role is part of a fast paced, and sales orientated team in a large multi-national company.

The role which offers a broad variety of responsibilities including international liaising and great learning opportunities.

The primary function of the job is to manage all Power Distribution sales efforts within the country either, direct or through partners; as well as achieve annual sales and growth targets.

Your essential responsibilities:

  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue quotas for each selected segment e.g. Mining, Industrial, Goverment, Infrasructure, etc.
  • Walk the market to understand the ongoing projects and bring the projects leads to the partner to realize sale order
  • Work with the partners to clearly define project scope, ensure sustainability of business & partner relationship.
  • Build strong relationships with key end user customers in specific growing segment to enhance long term business prospects
  • Identify potential growing segment, develop business plan and implement it to increase market-share and profitability of products and services

Qualifications

If you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree, major in Engineering
  • 5+ years related experience in eletrcial switchboard & EPC enviroment
  • Significant Electrical Product/Services Knowledge
  • Knowledge of low voltage, medium voltage products and systems as well as control and electrical design
  • Ability to respond to a variety of challenging circumstances
  • Strong Time Management Skills
  • Strong Presentation/Training and Communication Skills
  • Significant experience utilizing Value Added Selling techniques
  • Strong Leadership competencies
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Takes initiative and instils confidence in peers and sales personnel
  • Strong organization and project management skills
