Our Exciting Opportunity
To assure domain sales by supporting the CU ID KAM organization with business development and Digital Services domain specific sales activities securing that Ericsson is perceived as a preferred partner. Work on strategic level identifying leads and opportunities as well as taking the role of ACR or CSR in a specific engagement.
We are looking for an E2E Core Portfolio specialist, with deep knowledge of classic and 5G Packet Core, User Management, BSS and Policy portfolio, to expand Ericsson 5GC Business !
The primary purpose is to:
Position Ericsson as a technology leader, communicate, and discuss Ericsson's strategy and vision with Customers and CU Indonesia.
Participate in business development, presales, and critical initiatives to grow the business in Indonesia
Engage with customers, as well as local teams, on opportunity definition and solution proposals, participating in business and technical discussions in the area and its inter-relation with infrastructure and orchestration.
Support service readiness activities in CU ID to build the necessary competence to sell and deliver with quality 5G portfolio.
Scope, define, and design strategy and solution offerings; driving end-to-end solutions, by working on strategy, business, and technical level, defining business requirements, and driving risk assessments.
Participate in sales campaigns relating to 5G business introduction and Strategic Initiatives, associated business development, asset creation for new solutions, strategy definition, value argumentation, customer visits, sales, and delivery readiness strategy.
Support prioritization discussions between impacted CUs and Solution Area (SA) related to Product roadmaps and quality issues
Actively participate and drive community/communities from across MOAI working to encourage the sharing of knowledge and assets to efficiently harness the full capability of the organization.
To be successful in the role you must have :
Bachelor degree, BM, MS preferred (engineering)
Experience of 3 years with Packet Core, UDM, BSS & Policy domain presales and delivery with knowledge of Telecommunication market, business, and product management.
Demonstrated ability on Client Management, BSS, Policy, EPC, 5G, Cloud, Containers. Understanding of 3GPP standards, Operators fixed and mobile network architectures, and impacts from NFV, SD Cloud, Orchestration & MANO, and security.
E2E 5G validated experience and expertise in the portfolio, network transformation, and the e2e technology aspects such as Cloud/NFVi, Containers, Orchestration, and Security to support opportunity qualification and the creation of profitable, result, successful proposals.
Good MOAI market understanding, covering Operators priorities and difficulties as well as competitor situation.
Knowledge of Ericsson Sales process and capabilities to influence the CTO & the CTO Organization on the new transformation, working on a Strategic level and lead customer discussions.
Qualifications and Experience
University degree in Business or Engineering, Master’s degree would be advantageous with at least 5 years proven working experience
Organizational change and transformation skills
Ability to formulate strategies and concepts with excellent presentation and communication abilities, persuading and influencing, negotiation and argumentation
Results-oriented and customer happiness goals,
Delivering results and meet customer expectation with flexibility to assume challenges as business requires
