CAE Healthcare delivers educational tools that help healthcare professionals provide safe, high quality patient care. Our end-to-end spectrum of simulation solutions includes patient, interventional and imaging simulation, audiovisual solutions and learning applications.

Sales Manager DACH (f/m/d)

In this role you will be responsible for all direct sales activities in the DACH region by providing technical product information and demonstrations to existing and new customers.

After an intensive product training period you will effectively manage and grow the assigned territory based on your extensive previous sales experience and knowledge. You will maintain the existing customer base, build a target account list and identify new sales leads which will result in the extension of our customer base. You will work closely with our international teams based in Mainz and the HQ in Canada to align your sales strategy and tactics in order to achieve the agreed targets. Furthermore, you will help with establishing sales policies, pricing guidelines and best practices in relation to our portfolio. Together with our Marketing professionals you will organize regional sales events to promote CAE Healthcare’s visibility and professional brand.

What you must have

  • Profound sales experience, preferably in the medical education field, i.e. selling to hospitals and universities, government entities and third-party medical training providers
  • Proven track record of sales success focusing on solution based selling and creative closing techniques
  • Strong ability to identify client’s needs and build lasting account relationships
  • Fluency in German and English (written and oral)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to travel up to 70% in the DACH region
  • Experience in working independently and taking initiative as well as working collaboratively in team environments
