Duties & Responsibilities
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Supervise sales operations of sales team
  • Follow-up leads and samples provided by sales team
  • Implement strategies to sell products or services
  • Build new customer base to maximize sales.
  • Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services
  • Supervisor and oversee the maintenance of customer databases
  • Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies
  • Promote and sell John Crane products in accordance with the company policy, pricing guidelines and regulations
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Follow business ethics and compliance.
The Individual
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 5 years’ experience in similar capacity
  • 5 years in supervisory role
  • Sound knowledge of rotating and process equipment, knowledge of mechanical seals would be an advantage
  • Excellent influencing, communication and people management skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff
  • Highly motivated with initiative and drive; result oriented and customer focused
  • Good verbal and written English and local Thai communications skills
