Vizrt is looking for an enthusiastic, smart, presentable and hardworking Sales Manager to join our growing company in our Bangkok Office. The Sales Manager will have primary responsibility for generating new opportunities and for bringing them to closure. The individual will be in charge of establishing a new customer base for media products in the broadcast and digital industry. 

Responsibilities

Has the primary responsibility for winning new customers, for prospecting and generating new opportunities and for bringing them to close, whilst retaining a strong relationship with a portfolio of existing customers. He/she will understand complex software-based solutions and have the ability to manage complex sales.

Tasks and Duties

  • Proactively identify, locate, and qualify new business leads
  • Drive product sales in region with strong working relationships, actively upsell to existing accounts
  • Differentiate Vizrt's products from established and new competitors
  • Act as a solutions expert in analyzing customer needs, clarify expectations, and successfully communicating and delivering Vizrt product solutions
  • Diligently follow up and manage extensive customer contact including presentations, demonstrations, group meetings and sales calls
  • Manage the sales process from the lead identification through close
  • Take on revenue responsibility and update sales status in CRM system

Supervision Received

This role require a self-starter approach with minimal supervision. He/she should have very strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both verbal and written. Will work to the given sales strategic plan and objectives under the direction of the Territory Director. 

Competence Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience developing new business, identifying and selling to customer needs utilizing a consultative sales approach 
  • Preferable - 5+ years of experience selling broadcast hardware and software products within the media industry including broadcast networks and local stations, media and digital companies
  • Proficient in Thai and English language skills 
  • Strong technical expertise in all communication technologies
  • Passion for creating new solutions and a keen eye for new market opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple product lines in a growing, fast-paced environment 
  • Experience in enterprise IT services, MAM and IP workflows preferred
