In a Nutshell

This gig is all about achieving agreed sales targets by identifying and gaining new members and ensuring complete member satisfaction in all interactions.

A day in the life of... 

  • Identify and gain new members through a sustained approach to daily activities including cold calling, retention calling, outreach and following up referrals and leads.
  • Understand each prospect’s objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes and form genuine and long-term relationships.
  • Create a flawless experience for each new member by providing a non-intimidating sign-up process and a thorough set-up so they don’t incur any bumps in their first attendance.
  • Partner with the Club Manager to negotiate major deals within guidelines, maintaining contact with key corporates and identifying and steering opportunities for further growth.
  • Conduct presentations and coordinate the preparation of proposals for corporates.
  • Regularly report actual performance to budget, with variance analyses and revised projections.
  • Coach, develop and motivate the sales team to achieve agreed targets.
  • Stay on top of sales admin to ensure seamless administrative processes.
  • Advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for members and team members.
  • Liaise with the HOD (“Head of Dept”) team to assess, monitor and improve sales strategies and support the team where possible.
