Role Objective:

Enghouse Interactive is looking for a Channel Sales Manager with a proven history of meeting and exceeding sales metrics selling through and with Channel Partners. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and will focus on meeting our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives through developing key growth strategies with our Channel Partners and the prevention of churn across the Partner customer base. 

This role can be based in our Leipzig office or remote in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Our ideal candidate is currently working in the Software industry, focusing on Cloud Contact Center or Video Conferencing and Collaboration business solutions. You also have an in-depth understanding of the tools, technology and processes required in creating and managing a successful partner sales program. You stand out amongst your peers because of your ability to identify and articulate how our solution supports the achievement of the Customers’ strategic business goals.


  • Promote the company’s services and solutions to drive growth through our partners with new, cross-sell and up-sell initiatives
  • Owns development of an executable strategy for specific pipeline development that supports the assigned sales goals
  • Anticipate Partners’ and Customers’ requirements and possible challenges - make our customers successful
  • Drives sales support activities, including management of the sales pipeline
  • Engaged in all phases of the sales lifecycle including: identifying and developing leads; meeting with partners and clients; developing value propositions; financial deal structuring; contract negotiation and closing
  • Ensures all targeted prospect/client contacts and engagement opportunities are recorded in (SFDC)
  • Proactively collaborates with other members of the team to define and execute sales strategies and tactics to increase new revenue


  • Business experience in Sales, with at least 5 years of experience in channel sales and channel management
  • Consistently exceed revenue and quota targets
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the sales cycle, including the ability to accurately and effectively develop revenue forecasts and business plans selling with and through channel partners
  • Have a proven track record of driving the sales process from plan to close
  • Ability to travel
  • Fluency in German and English
