§ Manage Credit card sales &through a 50 member team, and would responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers through consultative selling of our cards products through a defined channel of acquisition -Retail, Corporate, Branch ,Venue, other channel sales.
§ Timely execution of all sales activities leads, campaigns, referrals & any self -generated leads
§ Hiring/ training/ managing a high performing team to achieve the target.
§ Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions along with MIS & analysis of sourcing.
§ Cross selling of products like LAS/ PL/ Insurance/ SA/ other third party product.
§ Ensuring all performance standards are met viz. business targets, controls and compliance
§ Engaging with channel partners to build relationships, and delivering a positive customer experience while acquiring new customers
§ The position is also responsible for ensuring appropriate sales processes are followed, and the highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered
§ Post Graduate / Graduate.
§ Team handling & sales experience of Min 3 yrs.
§ Ability to manage channels & team to achieve desired results.
§ Should be a go getter.
§ Should be able to hire team- off role as per requirement.
