Provides Input to: Relationship Manager, CRE. Job Description Core Responsibilities:. Sales Process Management. o Aggressively drive the sales numbers and develop and generate business and sales of affordable home loans for his/her branch. o Expand and retain the company's base of customers for affordable homes by working closely on customer acquisition and retention strategies. o Develop and maintain strong liaisons with the clients for repeat business or referrals while also ensuring they are part of our future projects.. o Effectively execute sales strategies by maximizing sales through a network of DSA / Direct Sales/ Builders and effectively manage connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business. o Capitalize on business opportunities by empaneling DSAs, builder tie ups, and planning and monitoring joint promotional activities with developers.. o Facilitate the development of new locations as per targets so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business. o Ensure smooth functioning of lending process at the various s 1) Customers. 2) Sales teams. 3)Channel Partners & Vendors. 4) Builders Travel Required: Yes
