Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As a Video Media Sales Manager, you will be responsible for setting up the ecosystem between online talents agency and Sales team to find growth opportunities for both the creators and Google. You're an experienced self-starter with a track record in customer/agency relationship management and a passion for all things video. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving endemic creator growth by resolving and crafting impactful endemic content-driven plans that deliver on our customers’ objectives. You will provide consistent and high-quality solutions for large customers and their media agency partners.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.


  • Form a balanced ecosystem with online talent agencies and YouTube's Content Partnerships team, through training and active partnership.
  • Be the liaison between the Sales team and the YouTube Content Partnerships team to identify opportunities for endemic content (e.g., content takeover, roadblock, sponsorship, tentpole event).
  • Drive growth through scaled solutions.
  • Support the Google Sales/Industry teams to translate influencer/creator pitches and campaign briefings into effective video campaigns and collaborations.
  • Lead the selection of content and channels and work closely with Agency teams to increase engagement. Assist the Accounting team in the implementation of non-standard endemic content engagements.


Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in social platform sales.
  • Experience in brand marketing.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working with influencers and brands.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in multicultural, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
