Position Objective (Briefly state what the main purpose of what this position is responsible for).
The candidate should have Strong Capex Sales skills with basic understanding of DFF, TFF, Chrome Systems Bio Reactors & SUS Hardware.
Should be able to understand of customer processes, manufacturing practices & Capital buying processes.
Ability to derive and position right solutions to the customers
Seamless working with regional sales teams/ SLS/ DSP & market managers
Interpersonal communications, product knowledge and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to influence the BP sales team to focus on Systems business.
Strong oral and writing skills
Essential Job Functions: 
Provide sales leadership for Systems business India market across regions and segments
Responsible for revenue, market share and profitability of systems business in India.
Forecasting, budgeting, team management, performance goal setting and management
Strictly follow the technical and commercial internal and external processes
Deliverables :
  • Define an action plan designed to develop and support systems business including sales leadership ( Order capture is owned by this function .), development of new products, sales tools and interaction with key customers, contractors and licensors and analysis of competition.
  • Lead qualification, Lead Risk Assessments, cash-flow analysis coordination on applicable projects.
  • Interface with applications and design engineering during project phase and for order hand-off.
  • Interface with Services to develop and deploy service-based products.
Reporting :
  • Annual action plan and market evaluation, quarterly report on revenue and margins, actions completed, ninety day travel and action plans.

  • Profitability
  • Sales funnel management
  • Customer contact reports via CRM.
  • Use of other tools (e.g. Balanced Scorecard) as required.
Key Performance Indicators
Sales and Margin Goals :               
  • Global and Regional Figures in line with deliverables.
  • Demonstrate same application sales growth as an indicator of business development
  • Market share &  topline growth.
  • Fixed salary + Sales incentives plan based on Orders and shipments of Biopharm systems segment performance.


Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors / Master degree with track of achieving the numbers in the past
