We are currently sourcing a Sales Manager role in Sydney for a leading global adtech vendor. This is a great opportunity for a driven sales person to join a global business at the forefront of the advertising space offering innovative solutions to brands and agencies.
This sales manager will be brought on board with an expectations of driving new business while also maintaining ongoing client relationship. We are therefore looking for someone who can hit the ground running and thrives on delivering against KPIs
Responsibilities:
- Prospect to identify new sales opportunities as well as building on existing relationships
- Develop sales proposals
- Leverage marketing programmes to strengthen prospect / client relationships and generate new sales opportunities
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop successful relationships with clients with the goal of generating new sales opportunities
- Proactively inform client of promotional opportunities, incremental opportunities, Exponential case studies, events and so forth
Business Development:
- Provide accurate forecasts and business updates to the Sales Director on a regular basis
- Deliver against all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Work with your dedicated Account Manager to manage the optimisation and performance of campaigns, communicating any changes to and resolving any issues with the client
- Proactively share information about successful campaigns with colleagues
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Digital sales experience
- Disciplined self-starter who is able to work autonomously
- Passion for digital advertising, technology and emerging trends
- Thorough network of digital clients/agency relationships
- Strong consultative selling, negotiating, and closing skills; working both independently and part of a collaborative team.
