Sales Force Effectiveness Lead(f/m/d) DACH
This is a unique opportunity to become part of a new and dynamic team of experts that support our commercial teams. The position is part of a newly built function that support the commercial operations of Smith & Nephew DACH in the areas of Business Intelligence, SFE, Sales Operations and Pricing.
Support sales management with reports, dashboards and analysis of franchise and brand performance, strategic events, and sales pipeline
Synthesize analytics results to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
Principle point of contact for planning, selling processes and opportunity management including the use of any global tools and identifying additional training and skills gaps for the sales force to be executed by Commercial Training and Education
Lead cross-functional objectives to implement robust and effective segmentation and targeting processes for customer selection and prioritization using the CRM solution where it applies(The design is led and aligned at regional level, but execution in the cluster is led by this position.)
In close collaboration with the Sales Leaders, Finance- and HR business partners, lead the execution and improvement of the incentive and performance management cycles including business planning, target setting, incentive calculation and providing metrics and KPIs
Drive projects and provide sales force effectiveness input to the development of CRM, BI and other sales force effectiveness tools.
Drive solutions to gather competitive intelligence data and metrics to support share analysis and the design and creation of strategic imperatives
Direct and indirect supervision of a small expert team of sales operations analysts
Bachelor degree in business or related, project certification highly preferred
5+ years' experience working in sales, commercial excellence, data management or BI (commercial processes) preferably within the medical devices of healthcare industry
Advanced skills in MS Excel, Access and Powerpoint is a must
Hands on experience with reporting, dashboarding and data warehouse solutions
Demonstrate outstanding analytical and influencing skills combined with a strong service-orientation
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German is a must
