Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Provide/perform Pipeline Management for/with Sales Team
    • define/drive the governance of pipeline management with the sales team (pipeline reviews, timelines, …)
    • improve pipeline management tools & processes & guidelines with/for sales team
    • Consolidate sales pipeline and roll it up on Region level
    • ensure data quality/integrity of funnel/pipeline and identify pipeline quality issues, identify issues
    • Provide various pipeline analytics and reporting
    • Analyze pipeline shape & health, identify biz risks and upsides and prepare consolidate pipeline view to Sales Management, identify areas needing attention
    • suggest biz initiatives helping to improve the pipeline and align activities/initiatives between sales, sales ops and contract ops
    • support measurement of key biz indicators (renewal rate, lost biz analysis, backlog analysis, …)
  • support and manage pipeline transition/evolution per management requirement
  • support the forecasting process for support sales (order forecasting, revenue forecasting)
    • improve/automate processes to improve forecast accuracy and methodology in the Region (based on pipeline/funnel)
    • ensure accurate projection of Order and Revenue in Pipeline/Funnel
    • assist Sales Management in forecast reviews (review with sub region Sales, Regional SW Sales Mgmt, WW Support Sales Management)
  • support sales team’s quota loading and sales compensation management
    • assist and conduct country segmentation analysis and quota setting
    • Timely update and confirm sales team’s monthly performance in line with SCO required time line
    • conduct various SPIFF calculation given required timeline( monthly or quarterly)
  • support sales team for quoting mgmt per management requirement


Knowledge and Skills

  • basic understanding of principles of SW biz,
    • ability to work with large data sets, understand how to consolidate it and effectively manage it
    • strong excel , PPT skills
    • sales operations experience
    • fluent in English
    • strong quantitative skills and love numbers
