Playing a leading role in our Sales Transformation journey the primary goal of the Sales Operations Specialist for Austria and Switzerland is to optimize the country sales activities to increase profitable sales growth and win-rates. The Sales Operations Specialist is supporting overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organizations and overseeing and improving the entire sales processes landscape incl. up- and downstream processes. The Sales Operations Specialist for Austria and Switzerland is supporting the deployment of sales strategy and driving the effective use of sales tools & technology to aid data-informed decision making to support the overall growth goals of the country.
The key responsibilities:
The compensation is based on the Austrian collective bargaining agreement of the electrical and electronics industry in the respective employment group (F).
The minimum base salary for this position is from EUR 42.000 gross annually. Depending on training, qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant overpayment is foreseen.
