Sales Representative, Existing Accounts - SSL REQ#: 180000EP
Entrust Datacard Certificate Services (ECS) is one of Entrust Datacard’s
fastest growing SaaS business units and has experienced numerous quarters of
double digit growth. Our ECS Sales team is currently looking for a Sales Rep (Existing Accounts) to help us continue our aggressive growth! This is a
full-time position based out of our Kanata, ON office. 

We are seeking
a highly motivated individual to become a member of the ECS existing-accounts
Sales Team to grow SSL sales within small accounts and help drive revenue and
increase market share. The majority of these sales are achieved via phone,
email, Internet, and web demos.
EssentialDuties and Responsibilities:
+ Account Management -- responsible formanaging existing customer account renewals and selling ECS products/servicesto grow penetration and achieve assigned quota.
+ Clearly articulate ECS valueproposition in relation to competitors.
+ Deliver value proposition messagethrough a variety of methods (i.e., phone, web, etc.).
+ Take sole responsibility and ownershipof existing customers within the assigned territory.
+ Prospect daily to increase share withinexisting customer base; this prospecting includes leveraging referrals andworking with other Territory Managers.
+ Maintain call records as well asaccount and opportunity status in CRM.
+ Participate in developing territoryplans and forecasts.
+ Demonstrate problem solving skills tobetter customer experience, enhance retail processes and efficiently leverageinternal resources.
+ Maintain thorough knowledge of EntrustDatacard products and sales strategies/objectives.
+ Act as a subject matter expert to thebroader Entrust Datacard sales force with regards to ECS services.
+ Recognize market trends and reportcustomer feedback on product enhancements to the broader team.
+ Requiresdaily in office presence due to team collaboration, training, mentoring
+ Responsible for accurately reportingand documenting all contacts, and engaging in proper and timely follow-up withprospective clients.
+ University or College degree/diploma
+ Proven ability to consistentlyover-achieve targets.
+ Strong understanding of sales cycle,and post-sales follow-up.
+ Must be customer-focused and possessstrong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
+ Must be able to lawfully work withinCanada and have unrestricted work authorization for Canada.
+ Account Management/Inside Salesbusiness to business experience selling products/services.
+ Previous sales experience in theinformation security space.
+ Previous formal sales training
+ Previous success prospecting, buildinga solid pipeline of opportunities, moving opportunities through the salescycle, and presenting and discussing solutions with decisions-makers.
