Inside Sales Agent duties and responsibilities include:

• Outbound calling to existing and potential customers to extend offers to upgrade
• Working with network contractors to fulfil upgrades for customers Understand customer needs and offering solutions and support
• Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of customer information
• Tracking customer interactions with customer service tickets
• Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
• Presenting and delivering information to potential clients

Potential Candidates will have the following experience:

• Degree in business, marketing, or similar
• Two plus years of sales experience
• Experience with solar electric products, residential electrical applications and Nation Electric Code (NEC) helpful
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Experience with PC and MAC OS X
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with both external customers and internal employees
