Responsibilities: • Networking with local businesses and homeowners to develop relationships and deliver the benefits of our insurance product line • Provide optimal coverage for customers' personal and commercial insurance needs • Provide outstanding customer service • Continue to grow in knowledge of new products • Train and educate team members • Develop and exceed production plans • Work with clients to ensure protection plans are all encompassing and that all insurance needs are met • Outstanding relationship building and networking skills Qualifications: • Licensed: You will need to be licensed or get licensed for property, casualty, life, and health insurance to be hired • Must be able to handle the entire sales process from prospecting to close in a professional and courteous manner • Must be able to work with all departments of the company in a collaborative way • Independent and self-motivated • Professional in attitude and appearance - ethical and honest • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Passionate about selling insurance and ensuring your clients are covered About Company: Existing State Farm Insurance Agent looking to build a strong sales team.
