Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in enterprise IT sales.
  • Experience with building relationships and delivering results in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the SaaS and/or Digital Workplace business.
  • Experience in new ways of working and cultural transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with C-level IT and business leaders and influence decisions at the executive level.
  • Effective strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to plan, present, and execute a territory business strategy.

As an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the market success of Google Workspace. You will positively impact business metrics as business growth attainment, shorter business cycles, bigger business sizes, new logo acquisition, and more, through knowledge, team-work and programmatic engagement.

You will work with Sales, Partners, Marketing, and Product Management to define and achieve strategic goals. This will involve working with Marketing to build campaigns, tailoring business assets and tools to the needs of the market segment and providing Sales teams the support they need for customers’ engagement. You will create and participate in external thought leadership events, advocate the products/solutions in the region and help validate and refine the overall product plan, positioning and go-to-market strategies.

  • Achieve Google Workspace new business growth objectives.
  • Drive the business cycle for large opportunities partnering with the Google Cloud Sales team from initial prospect engagement to closing. Engage with prospects in collaboration with the account teams.
  • Build and execute a holistic business plan, aligning cross-functional stakeholders such as Google Cloud Sales, Partner Management, and Marketing to grow pipeline and maximize the expansion of Google Workspace within a specific segment/territory.
  • Define innovative Go-to-Market initiatives and drive their deployment.
  • Gather, manage, and direct a virtual team. Be the advocate for Google Workspace within the Google Cloud region/segment and a trusted advisor to Google Cloud Sales teams and management.
