ROLE DESCRIPTION Imagine you can shape businesses and the way they drive and increase Customer Experience. The primary purpose of the CX Sales Specialist is to partner with customers, partners and account teams to achieve the overall revenue goal. In order to achieve this goal, the CX Sales Specialist must create a business plan to generate a healthy pipeline of opportunities within focus industries. The CX Sales Specialist is responsible to identify and qualify opportunities, develop and drive customer strategy and to close new business. The CX Sales Specialist will develop opportunities with SAP’s value proposition to potential customers & prospects on a daily basis. It is expected the CX Sales Specialist is able to create and nurture executive relationships by their own while having the complete support of the SAP organization at hand. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS: Lead with a consultative mindset to identify transformative opportunities in large organizations, engage the mid and senior management executives to drive bookings with an eventual aim of achieving and exceeding quota targets. Work within SAP to create robust account and opportunity plans, working closely with SAP colleagues from different lines of business organization, SAP management and other stakeholders. Territory and Account planning – Participate in the development of designated territory, including accounts, account relationships; prospect profiling, and sales cycles. Encourage all accounts to become SAP references by creating, meeting and managing opportunities. In depth understanding of selling CX Cloud solutions, pricing strategy and creative commercial structuring of deals. Customer Acumen - Actively understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape. Review public information (e.g. new executive appointments, earnings statements, press releases) for the company and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the prospect. Develop and nurture executive relationships with prospects and customers to deliver value into their organizations, establishing CX as an ongoing business partner. Work with the regional extended account teams to educate target accounts on the solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals. SKILLS AND REQUIERMNETS Proven track record of CX portfolio, particularly in CRM, Marketing & E-Commerce Experience selling to C-level (CX) and IT department (5 years) Working with cloud enterprises and experience in hunting for new business Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to listen and engage with customers at the CXO level Sales Methodology knowledge, including processes and disciplines Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability and willingness to maximize available resources Proven ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationshipsWHAT YOU GET FROM US Success is what you make it.
