Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Be accountable to take care of any customer’s queries and concerns in due course;

• Develops and maintains positive customer relationships. Ensures the company is represented consistent with the Thomson Reuters brand and values;

• To optimize the effectiveness of Customer Services through design and delivery of training solutions to enhance customer’s knowledge and experience with Thomson Reuters product;

• Work cross departmentally (e.g. sales, marketing, product development, etc). May influence upper management regarding common customer concerns and provide recommendations for resolution

• Be responsible for delivering the value of the whole firm to our customers by providing specialized consulting activities for pre-sales of replicable and scalable packaged solutions to customer business workflow challenges in order to gain new business, win market share and increase customer satisfaction.
• This position is also responsible for engaging/assisting customers in the sales process. They help identify the right offerings that drive sales and increase customer retention.
• Advises and consults with customer and sales team to determine product needs.

Technical /Professional Skills & Competencies:

Desired Skills:

  • Tax expertise with strong tax background, preferably 3-4 years’ experience in Transfer Pricing practice;
  • Understand and explore customer’s need using professional expertise; Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; Team player;

Education/ Certifications:

  • At least Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent;
  • 3-5 years’ experience in tax areas, and big 4 tax experience is priority and credit;
