Sales Support MSP Program Manager –

Global Remote (EMEA – Cork, Ireland)

We are currently looking for a Program Manager for Managed Service Provider (MSP) Sales Support to join our Global Sales Support group.

The primary responsibility of the Sales Support MSP PM is to drive the global alignment of MSP Quote, Order and Support processes and tools. Reporting to and in partnership with the Global Sales Support Sr Manager, the PM will collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Product Management, Sales, Renewals, Sales Ops, Sales Support and Partner Ops to simplify processes for Quest, its customers and MSP partners. Key activities :

-Advocate for and support growth of MSP revenue through availability of a simplified, standardised, globally and commercially relevant MSP program

-Influence how MSP products are quoted and billed in our IT systems. Collaborate with IT and across functions on design and fixes

-Collaborate with Product & Pricing team to ensure MSP SKUs are properly set up

-Act as Subject Matter Expert and POC for all matters pertaining to quote support and order placement of MSP products – both license and SaaS / On Demand

-Interface with Sales, Legal, Financing and Deal Desk to provide Service Provider Agreement and quote support to Sales teams who are preparing customer offers

-Partner with the Global Sales Support Sr Manager to act as lead for the global Sales Support resources who prepare MSP quotes, process MSP orders, prepare and send recurring billing statements to partners

-Support End of Quarter activities

-Identify process gaps and drive other sales support process improvement initiatives

-8+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of University level education and work experience

-Demonstrated achievements in similar role supporting global sales and renewals organizations

-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

-Proficiency with CRM and order systems (Zuora, Salesforce, CPQ) for License, Renewals and On Demand (SaaS) products

-Proficiency with common business software applications such as MS Office products: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

-Ability to communicate clearly and present at senior leadership levels.

-Ability to lead in a matrixed environment, balancing risk and decision making

-Comfortable working in a high pressure and fast changing environment in order to meet deadlines

-Pro-active work style with the desire to optimize internal processes

-Fluent in English. Additional European language an advantage.

-Standard office hours required: 9:00am - 5:30pm with the expectation that extra hours may be required around our busiest time of the month/quarter/year as well attendance at cross geo meetings/projects.
