Global Sales Support Specialist

About the role

As a Gear Systems Sales Support you will be mainly responsible for supporting Global Sales organization in selling our product all over the word. We are aware that being close to our customer is the most efficient way to service our customers that is why we are open for home office. It doesn’t matter where you are from – important is to be close to our customers.

You will be (Your responsibilities):

  • Develops customer contacts to build long term relationship
  • Prepares value added proposals to clients
  • Collaborates closely with colleagues in sales and specialist in order department on questions relating to technical issues, products, services, pricing etc. during proposal and order execution
  • Interact directly with clients to define scope and pricing of service and to resolve order and delivery issues
  • Handle claims, minimizing potential negative impact towards our customer
  • Keep CRM updates and follow up on opportunities in collaboration with sales manager and other stakeholders
  • Follow-up on Overdue receivable
  • Ensures compliance with Export control regulations when dealing with embargo countries
  • Act as a “go-to-person” for Sales Colleagues in the Regions

You have (Your qualifications):

  • Engineering Technical University background
  • Minimum 5 years experience in gearing or mechanical drive technology
  • Ability to travel (Travel activity ~60%)
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Fluent in English other languages would be an advantage
  • MS Office and CRM experience
