Job Description

Job Summary:

To manage and arrange training classes for supporting sales target; To be responsible for handling team to achieve mutual target; To conduct focus group training across Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage Sales Training team to serve Agency

Sales to do smoothly tasks, arrange training, road show and etc. that related with sales activities.

  • Develop and organize training programs including other special functions arranged for agents and agency leaders to ensure that the training runs smoothly and meet objectives as planned.
  • Conduct and organize the training programs for agents/agency leaders (Fundamental, Intermediate and Advance program) as planned.
  • Conduct Train-the-trainer to CS Sale Coordinators and team member
  • Prepare Sale support and Training record input as required in monthly report as well as evaluate, modify and improve the Sale support service and training programs based on participant’s feedback.
  • Other jobs as required

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in training & Development or any related field
  • At least 5-year experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in insurance business
  • Good in both written and spoken English
  • Good managerial, people, negotiation and presentation skill, adaptable to all relevant people
  • Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Able to travel upcountry
  • Active, Self-motivated, service minded attitude
