Position Description
You will drive the go-to-market strategy for the ANZ digital experience and local content for the SMN segment. This will involve developing and delivering marketing plans to support demand generation activities, vertical segment analysis and focused marketing programs.

The role will be responsible for understanding overall business goals and working collaboratively with broader teams to successfully plan, coordinate, launch and measure marketing programs to meet those goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the projects that improve the ANZ customer journey digital experience to ensure they continually evolve and develop with the needs of the business.
  • Report on results via key analytical tools providing metrics and comparing against benchmarks, response and conversion rates and pipeline.
  • Oversee/produce the development of content and ensure clarity of messaging.
  • Review web analytics reports and leverage analytics to drive customer experience improvements.

Education, Experience and Training required:

  • Experience creating and implementing proven successful, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs.
  • Proven experience with MS Office applications, CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Marketo), and business intelligence tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with different personalities.
  • Uses professional concepts and company policies to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of tasks.
