The Professional Services team is responsible for enabling our customers usage of our products and services. The team works on exciting projects and integrations for a variety of high-profile customers across the globe, guiding them and designing complex and challenging engagements. Our Scrum Masters keep our Agile teams running, working across multiple projects and with a number of deliverables – you will be a key coach and mentor to your scrum team.
Assists with testing and operational activities. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.
Excellent understanding of Scrum framework: its value, principles, practices & pre-requisites
Ability to set up a Scrum project & run delivery based on standard set of Scrum events and practices
Ability to communicate Scrum principles internally & externally and educate audiences on Scrum framework implementation practices
Ability to work across delivery disciplines to enable delivery teams towards optimized fast flow delivery of services
Represents Professional Services as a primary point of contact for CTS clients
Manages end-to-end project delivery cycle up to CTS standards through all phases: discovery, implementation, launch, post launch support, maintenance
Manages project updates communication with clients & other external stakeholders as well as regular project progress reporting following CTS governance standards
Owns new initiative estimations process for existing businesses & works closely with Implementation Teams on building delivery scenarios
Owns client pre-requisites delivery management process to ensure CTS commitment can be met within planned timeframes
Budget & Resource Management
Sets up project budget & builds resource allocation plans according to contractual obligations
Sets up budget & resource utilisation monitoring using Salesforce (Resource Manager) & Jira (burn-up/ -down) tools
Manages 'within budget' project delivery to ensure profit margins are maintained by ongoing monitoring of planned vs actuals
Builds resource contingency scenarios for off-track projects & suggest best 'path to green' options to senior management
Drafts, delivers & presents Professional Services proposals, Statements of Work & Change Request forms following CTS governance standards
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Management or equivalent experience
Demonstrable experience and knowledge of Agile delivery model & SCRUM – thorough understanding of concepts & practices
Understanding of Web Services technologies, including SOAP, REST and related standards
Understanding of software development lifecycle
Working knowledge of software delivery & project management tools is a strong advantage (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Git, Salesforce)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
