Company Secretarial Manager/Assistant Manager – Corporate Services

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of solid company secretarial experiences, with minimum 3 years in supervisory level
  • Bachelor degree or above in Company Secretarial studies or relevant discipline or equivalent qualification
  • Registered member of HKICS/ICSA
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, good team player, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Applicant with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Handling full spectrum of company secretarial matters for both offshore and Hong Kong companies independently;
  • Attending to clients’ inquiries with minimum supervision;
  • Leading and coaching a small corporate services team in their daily operations;
  • Overseeing a group of client portfolios; and
  • Handling other ad-hoc projects as assigned
