We have a full-time, 5 month parental leave contract opportunity for a Secretary to join our Commercial Insurance (CTP) team in Newcastle.

This role will support a client focused, high volume practice supporting a Senior Associate, an Associate and a Lawyer.

The successful candidate will have had at least 2 to 5 years of experience within a law firm, ideally within a busy Personal Injury department to join this busy and client focused team, previous CTP experience is preferred.

You will be someone who will be able to work efficiently in a team environment and will have excellent attention to detail, strong planning and organisational skills. You will also be service orientated and have had experience supporting two or more lawyers.

A diploma or certificate course from a secretarial business college, TAFE or other tertiary institution would be advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and highly efficient secretary to work within a supportive team environment.
