Over the next three years, our goal is to transform the 268 billion analogue phone calls between a brand and it’s consumers to digital on the LiveEngage platform. By doing this, we enable consumers to get back time and experience a more connected relationship with the brand in which sales, service, marketing, branches, stores, and contact centre’s become a unified experience.

The successful candidate has an opportunity to join a highly outstanding team within a fast-paced and successful organisation.

In this role you will:

  • Identify and analyse the IT threat environment and develop and implement appropriate responses to address these issues

  • Audit, monitor, investigate and escalate any security breaches in the environment and provide operational support to resolve incidents

  • Conduct risk assessments and oversee internal and external audits to identify and evaluate risks and issues across the IT function

  • Be the primary contact for external auditors for ISO 27001

  • Build and manage the Security Incident Response Plan and managing security incidents through the lifecycle

  • Deployment, management and ongoing support of the FortiSIEM application into a SaaS production environment

  • Communicate status of projects, identifying issues that need immediate attention.

  • Perform technical penetration tests as required

  • Report results of tests in a timely manner.

  • Documents supporting audit evidence in alignment with firm standards.

  • Test and evaluate security products

You should be an expert in:

  • Knowledge of key security controls with the ability to identify controls most

    relevant to the technical environment of the organization.

  • Investigate any security related incidents and lead incident response

  • Input into Incident Reports and ensuring corrective actions are taken to prevent reoccurence

  • Stay up to date with latest security and technology developments

  • Monitor for attacks, intrusions and unusual unauthorised activity

  • Generate reports for both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders

  • Maintain an information security risk register and assist with internal and external audits relating to information security

  • Meet project schedules and delivery framework requirements

  • Manage support issues with the customer in a timely manner

  • Effective and efficient working relationship with Engage customers.

  • Effective and efficient working relationship with Engage Service Desk and other Technical Teams
