YOUR ROLE WITH AIONEERS

To build our IT team we are looking for a passionate MS Azure, AD and O365 prospective expert.

• You will grow into a key role within our IT team
• You are responsible for the implementation of our IT environment and IT/cloud security, you will take over the responsibility for the equipment of our employees
• You will discuss new functionalities and requirements in regular meetings and derive actions
• When onboarding new employees, you take over the IT responsibility as the first contact person
• You make decisions based on "best solution" and not on your ego
• You bring in new ideas and are an open and reliable person
• As a prospective expert, you will accompany your colleagues in their work and ensure that our IT environment is up-to-date - because that is our claim!

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

You enjoy providing IT know-how and setting new impulses in a professionally managed start-up.

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or business informatics or you can draw on corresponding knowledge in a comparable field
• You enjoy working on IT and digitization trends as well as in the IT security environment
• You have sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the Admin Centers for Security, Compliance, Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams and Azure
• Security and compliance management, authorizations and GDPR/DSGVO
• Sound knowledge in the areas of Risk and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and knowledge of the relevant standards (e.g. ISO 27000, BSI basic protection)
• Experience in implementing security mechanisms such as cryptographic procedures, PKI, IDS/IPS, SIEM, firewalls and the corresponding processes
• Experience in cooperation with system houses
• You have an understanding of the technical architecture of a SaaS company
• Nothing will upset you and you are a competent contact person
• You work in a structured, analytical and employee-oriented manner
• You are a doer and enjoy teamwork
