As a Paid Media Specialist for the DCO team, given the cross-functional and multidisciplinary nature of our creative work, you will have the opportunity to work on unique, global clients that are in the midst of digital transformation with DCO as a cornerstone of their strategies. This role will also allow you to gain a first-class understanding of how creative solutions are pitched, architected and implemented. Speaking fluidly across media, data, and creative teams will allow you to provide a holistic POV for your clients as they mature in their digital journeys. You will support the team in connecting the dots between creative, media, and data strategies as we help our clients implement creative effectiveness programs.

In this role you will be responsible for

  • Collaborating with the MediaMonks content teams on creative production projects.
  • Communicating project updates, sharing relevant feedback with internal stakeholders.
  • Architecting and executing data-driven, omnichannel programmatic creative campaigns (DCO).
  • Assisting the Media.Monks client teams with troubleshooting.
  • Partnering with internal teams to improve our internal Creative team processes.
  • Managing emails and calls from the different POCs.
  • Creating dynamic feeds.
  • Populating content into dynamic feed and QAing content prior to launch.
  • Linking of dynamic feeds to DCO platforms and subsequent configuration of decision trees.
  • Generating creative previews and managing the creative approval process.
  • Pulling dynamic creative reporting and setting up Looker Studio dashboards.

Experience you already have

  • Successful candidates will have 2+ years experience in programmatic platforms, ideally with focus on DCO technology.
  • Skills on Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM, Google Ads) or other DSPs are highly preferred. It’s good to have a media buying background.
  • Boundless curiosity, a flexible mindset, and being comfortable with ambiguity and change.
  • An eagerness to learn! We will provide comprehensive training on Google Creative Studio, Jivox and other DCO platforms and how to implement dynamic creatives from start to finish, but we’re always learning new platforms, formats, and ways of working.
  • A desire to sharpen your technical skills. During the onboarding process, you’ll learn the basics of HTML and CSS.
  • Being comfortable with excel and having experience building formulas and working in Google Sheets with large data sets is always helpful.
  • Having experience in analyzing performance data (creative performance is a plus) and making optimizations.
  • Being creative with problem solving.
