Department purpose:

The AV (Audio Visual) team is the broadcast media specialist division of the ‘game-changing media customer acquisition network’, The Specialist Works.

The AV team offer clients a unique combination of high service levels, international exposure and market leading analysis, which has helped bring about sustained fast revenue growth.

Reports to: AV Director

Main Accountabilities include the following:

  • Take the lead in maintaining media owner/supplier/client relationships - we pride ourselves on these as an agency, so the bar is set high!
  • Create advertising plans, daily advertising schedules, and any other relevant tasks
  • Overseeing reports of live advertising campaigns to create ad-hoc, mid or post advertising campaign analysis reports, analyse and present findings to clients
  • Working independently, you’ll own the day to day co-ordination and administration of a number of accounts
  • Help coordinate the UK planning and buying output of the department
  • Help train and develop junior members of the AV department
  • Prepare for and attend client and supplier meetings
  • Contribute to the longer term strategic and organizational structure of the AV department
  • Being the primary point of contact for all internal and external parties in relation to your accounts
  • Work closely with media owners and sales houses to negotiate and protect trading rates and service levels
  • Manage reconciliation (agreeing and monitoring value positions) with TV Sales Houses


Technical requirements:

Minimum requirements:

  • Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong DDS experience



  • Strong and established experience within TV buying
  • Experience managing at least one junior member of a team

Nice to have:

  • Experience of VOD, Cinema and Sponsorship
