You shall be working on onboarding & Enabling the suppliers where your activities shall be the following however not limited to.
Should be able to manage at least one client account’s end to end supplier onboarding activity with minimal guidance from the leads and managers. They can co-lead more than one account depending on the volume of supplier on-boarding which would be an added advantage as per the individual’s capability and skill
Shall be engaged for supplier callings and PRF triggering as applicable depending on the requirement and bandwidth
Shall be responsible to update & maintain their utilization tracker on a weekly basis as per the available utilization tracking template
Shall be responsible to maintain their deliverables at high quality standards and benchmarks as expected by the account manager
Shall be responsible for a 100% turnaround on supplier on-boarding with exceptions on genuine challenges and issues that are evaluated by the managers and accepted
Shall have to go through the designed training curriculum to build their capabilities & expertise across the different modules of our SMART by GEP tool relevant to the SET scope (No restrictions if interested in learning more)
Shall be responsible to complete their HR related duties and tasks on time and in full
After a year long experience in this role as a senior analyst, shall be expected to lead the onboarding activity of minimum two clients ( can be more) independently with no support from the senior team members. Also in parallel should demonstrate the capability of mentoring, coaching & training couple of team members unofficially assigned by the team lead or the manager (official mentoring responsibility applies when assigned on Zoho)
Primary Skill (Must):
Excellent communication – written and verbal
Analytical aptitude and business acumen
Excellent follow up skills
Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint (PF)
Secondary Skills (Preferred):
Knowhow of Procurement or Supply Chain management
Knowledge about cXML and EDI
Team player, high motivation, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility and adaptable to changing situations
