Total Rewards Senior Analyst

The Global Sales HR delivery team is responsible and accountable for delivering HR services that go beyond MU boundaries, cannot meaningfully be delivered by the MUs and/or where greater efficiencies can be achieved by running processes globally. The administration and maintenance of Sales Achievement Bonus Plans (SAB) is responsibility of the Global Sales HR delivery team as it requires global coordination and centralized management of SAB related processes. The Global Sales HR delivery team is accountable for delivering and optimizing the Sales Achievement Bonus Plan Administration process. The SAB Total Rewards Senior Analyst will be part of the Strategic Services team. The SAB Total Rewards Senior Analyst will work with other Sales Support Units (Sales and Pricing, TR CoE, HR Sales Delivery Lead, Sales Point of Contact, etc.) to ensure Sales Achievement Bonus Plans are defined and processed as per the plan, and the SAB administration process is as efficient as possible through standardization and technology enablement.

Main Responsibilities:

Activities associated to the Sales Achievement Bonus plan:

  • Assist on the annual pay plan process

  • Manage quarterly bonus approval and target setting processes

  • Manage sales achievements and execution of sales contribution allocation process

  • Manage HR Controls and provide reports upon demand

  • Conduct ad-hoc scenarios and benchmarking analysis

  • Provide advice on the sales achievement bonus plan acting as a focal point of the area and derive consultations with specialists in the sector for their resolution, if needed

  • Identify and execute training and development initiatives
