Current Opportunity

We are seeking Mergers & Acquisitions Senior Analysts and Managers to join our market leading Corporate Finance team in Perth. We are a very busy team with a healthy pipeline of transactions, with a young and energetic crew of 30+ dedicated Corporate Finance professionals. As a practice, we offer full service Corporate Finance, not just Lead Advisory Mergers & Acquisitions but Transaction Services, Valuations & Financial Modelling,

To be successful in this position, you will need to:

  • Ideally 3-4+ years’ experience in a Strategy Consultancy or Financial Analytics or a Mergers & Acquisitions role
  • A self-starter with a burning desire to evolve into a highly capable M&A professional
  • CA and/or CFA qualifications (part or in full) or MBA (part or in full). Current progress towards goal will be well regarded
  • The ability to think strategically, being mindful of the client’s objectives
  • Confident conversing with clients and business executives on the phone or in a meeting
  • The ability to execute on complex and time sensitive client engagements, which includes preparing pitch documents and information memorandums, building 3-way financial models, preparing market appraisals and valuations, and industry and company specific research
  • Experience preparing high quality internal documents & presentations
  • Contribute to the management and training of the team (5-6 junior staff) on a day-to-day basis
  • Understand key deal legal documentation and a capability to offer an informed view on the key commercial elements.
