As a Senior Analyst in People Analytics Consulting you will work as part of our global team of consultants to partner with leaders across Salesforce functions, understand business needs, wrangle data from various systems, perform analysis, and provide data-driven insights that have tangible actions and outcomes. The role focuses on understanding and enhancing the employee experience in the APAC region.On the team, we all get our hands dirty, and all love working with data to solve business challenges. Critical to our team's trusted reputation is our ability to partner with and influence key stakeholders, design and implement the right analysis approach, and provide insights that can be easily understood and used by the business. We use data from multiple systems and sources to produce thoughtful analysis with little direct guidance and an understanding that the results may be iterative. Our point of view matters to our stakeholders, so the ability to illustrate complex analysis in a concise and simple fashion using tables, charts, graphs, and stories is important to our success. + Develop relationships with other parts of HR and the organization to deeply understand their business and challenges
+ Enable understanding and use of data and analytics within other parts of HR
+ Partner with colleagues in Data Science and Data Engineering to scale our impact, push overall HR transformation, and develop new knowledge
+ Drive projects that evaluate the efficiency and impact of programs and processes
Required Skills/Experience:
+ + Bachelor's Degree or higher
+ 2-3 years of experience in analytics or a related area such as applied statistics, research, data mining, data analysis, organisational psychology, or management consulting
+ Highly proficient and confident in working with data and performing statistical analyses, preferably using R, SQL, or Python
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as the HR, business, and technical communities
+ Extremely adept at integrating disparate sources of information to understand data trends
+ Must be able to proactively communicate and identify risks
+ Team-first mentality
+ Must be comfortable with changing requirements and priorities
+ Must be results oriented and able to move forward without complete information and with minimal supervision
+ Understanding of and demonstrated ability to apply quantitative and qualitative research methods to business or HR problems is desirable
