About the role
This is an opportunity for a junior Senior Associate to join
K&L Gates' Antitrust, Competition & Trade Regulation
Practice Group. The global group, which is within our Policy
and Regulatory practice is positioned in strategic markets around
the globe to advise clients on minimising antitrust/competition and
consumer law risks in their conduct and arrangements, respond to
investigations by regulatory authorities (such as cartels or other
anticompetitive arrangements or alleged consumer law breaches), get
deals through regulatory authorities, defend or pursue litigation
and designing and implementing compliance programs.
This role is to work with Sydney Policy and Regulatory practice
partner, Ayman Guirguis. He has a wealth of
experience advising clients on merger clearance, joint ventures
and on supply chain arrangements between suppliers and

What does the role involve?
The role will involve you advising clients across a number of
industries including financial services, packaging, IT, retail,
including food and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG),
pharmaceuticals and property and construction, on:

junior members of the practice group.
