Demand on our services has created an opportunity for a Senior Associate to join the Sydney construction and engineering team. The role we are recruiting for will have a focus on front end construction matters. Our national construction and engineering practice is one of the most highly regarded practices in the market and this is a unique opportunity to join a team that presents exciting potential for career advancement and significant development opportunities.

The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows:

Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing and advising on contracts, associated commercial agreements including finance arrangements, infrastructure agreements, construction management trade contracts and/or supply contracts
  • Provide high quality advice to a diverse range of clients
  • Provide mentoring to junior team members
  • Assist with business development and marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years PQE and 1-2 years at Senior Associate level gained within a construction and engineering practice
  • Superior analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
