Job Description

JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual with hospitality/real estate work experience to join our Bangkok office as Associate on the Advisory team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Prepare timely, accurate reports with the assistance of peer review and feedback

• Support in the preparation and review of market commentaries for reports related to hospitality industry

• Participate and prepare in cash flow and financial modeling

• Participate in clients meetings and prepare proposals according to client inquiries

• Contribute to discussion paper prepared for the benefit of clients and for circulation to media outlets

• Provide direct assistance as required to enable the wider JLL Hotels & Hospitality Regional team

• Be able to plan own work priorities, but have the flexibility to adjust priorities in response to rapidly changing circumstances

• Be well organized and able to work on multiple tasks

• Have the ability to meet deadlines, even when timeframes are demanding

• Develop personal skills in a way that benefits your career progression and the services offered by the firm

• Project a professional image of the Company

• Ability to travel alone to regional destinations


• More than 3 years experiences in a research and/or consultancy, business/real estate valuation, or similar focus environment

• Experiences in hotel operation department, finance department or revenue management department would be advantageous

• Experience in  financial analysis, project feasibility, business valuation, or real estate valuation is a plus

• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Hospitality, Investment, Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics or any related fields

• Fluency in written and spoken English & Thai is mandatory

• Self-starter and multi-tasker, able to perform well in a highly-pressured and demanding environment

• Sound analytical, report writing and presentation skills including superior competence in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Adaptability and cultural sensitivity

• Strong willingness to learn, a flexible team player and ability to work seamlessly with various personnel

• Good time management skills
