Target Operating Model (TOM) – The purpose of TOM is to enable the application of a corporate strategy/ vision to a business operation. It is a representation of how a company can be organized to operate more efficiently and effectively deliver and execute the strategy of an organization. HR operational and process excellence is often the key component that we deploy to ensure the success of TOM.
Organization Design – It is about determining the organizational or functional capabilities required to deliver the strategy effectively, which usually involves clarifying structure and roles, governance and decision making.
Change Management(CM) – CM is a critical process, helping organizations transit into a new level of operational quality and efficiency, thus driving growth and development. We often deploy an array of systems, tools and resources in order to enable the transformation of an organization.
Talent Management – We study talents need of an organization and define the level and capability of the people required to meet the objectives and serve the customers. We develop talent solutions in order to improve the overall competitiveness of an organization.
Employee Experience Design – We also aim to define and improve the employee experience by understanding the engagement drivers and expectations towards a purposeful and productive working experiences in digital world.
The role we are currently looking for will focus primarily on HR Transformation and the responsibilities will include the following:
Maintain a good relationship with clients to enhance the reputation of PwC as an advisor of choice
Support Managers/ Senior Managers on business development activities
Deliver HR related advisory works for both multi-national and domestic enterprises
Manage large-scale transformation and change management projects, delivering both technical capabilities and project management activities
Drive workstream progress of transformational projects, which includes data gathering and analysis, conducting interviews and facilitating workshops with a wide range of stakeholders
Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to guide clients’ people strategy and transformation
Support Managers/ Senior Managers to develop new HR advisory service offerings to meet new market demands
Manage your own development by learning continuously from experience and seeking out development opportunities
Skills & Qualifications:
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, HR transformation, change management, organization design, talent management, project management, or organization development
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university. Majoring in business administration, HR management, or organization development is preferred but not a must
HRIS knowledge preferred but not a must
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders and develop compelling proposals, reports and presentations
Confident, creative and entrepreneurial
A fast and curious learner who is collaborative and open to challenges
