Cvent is searching for a high-impact senior marketing associate to join their European marketing team based in India and partner with the regional marketing team in Europe and the global marketing teams in the US. The role will be to manage campaign execution in Europe, in the DACH market, reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager for the region, based in India.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the marketing mix used across the entire customer journey; ideally with experience of the marketing software or meetings & events industries; success in B2B marketing for all sizes of organisations; and the ability to balance strategic and tactical responsibilities. You should be both creative and analytical, able to integrate social media and digital marketing techniques with cutting-edge marketing automation, traditional. As the role will be looking after the DACH region, being a German speaker is must.
Campaign delivery. Execution and delivery of targeted and dynamic integrated marketing campaigns across Germany region ( DACH ) . Working with the team lead based in London.
Manage deliverables of all DACH partnerships with key industry associations, publications and websites, and ensure all deliverables are met in a timely and accurate fashion.
Help to localise content and collaterals created in the US or UK for local country use, or initiate creation of new assets as required to support local campaign needs.
Support live events, ensure all events are launched and promoted in DACH region.
DACH Webinar execution, work with the DACH marketing team and help deliver and execute, including translations and localization of webinar programme for the region.
Support marketing efforts around Cvent CONNECT Europe annual event.
Support new product launches across the DACH region, campaign delivery.
At least 2-3 years’ experience of marketing communications and creating campaigns which are executed across multiple channels, including digital and social media channels and live events for German region
Fluency in German speaking and writing is mandatory . Knowhow of native German language would be a plus
Good copywriting skills
Sound knowledge of content & digital marketing techniques for inbound marketing
Creative thinker, team player, detail-oriented, organised, self-motivated and an effective communicator
Experience of working in a multi-national, matrixed organisation to execute integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with local and remote sales & marketing departments is desirable
Experience with multiple software systems including email marketing (Marketo), search engines, CRM systems (Salesforce.com) a plus
Education: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital or closely related field, Master’s degree in Marketing or Communications would be ideal
B2B marketing experience, with knowledge of the technology or software industry, ideally in Marketing or Events sectors.
