• Develop and responsible for CRM plans - App notification pushes, EDM
• Communicate actively with all stakeholders (Lazada Merchandising Team, Lazada Graphics team, Lazada Category team, Partnerships Team, etc.) to make sure the developed plans are in line with expectations and capacity
• Coordination with Merchandising Team and Category Team to ensure timely execution of marketing activities agreed on
• Responsible on all CRM campaign setting & execution in timely manner
• Analyze and synthesize the channels performance to the relevant stakeholders. Suggest revised campaign settings, targeting, content or strategy

Job requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Thai & English)
• Creative campaign & Copywriting skill is required
• Strong interest in driving business improvements through analysis and data-driven decision making
• Demonstrated ability to manage, prioritize and deliver on multiple projects
• Analytical and general math skills are required.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas and functions (LOOKUPS), filtering
