An opportunity has become available for a high performing Senior Associate to join our dynamic and highly successful Litigation and Regulatory (Competition) team in Melbourne.
           
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You will be focusing on competition law as well as economic regulation
  • Advising on antitrust trade practices including cartels, market sharing arrangement, exclusive dealing and anti-competitive agreements and merger clearances
ABOUT YOU
  • To be successful in this role you will ideally have competition and/ or regulatory experience
  • It is a busy practice where the nature of the work is fast paced and we are looking for someone who thrives and enjoys working in this environment
  • To assist with your success in this role, you will need to have good prioritisation and time management skills
  • You will also have to be a confident communicator who prides yourself on your exceptional client service standards
