Job Description


Looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst for the Payment Hub Application within Treasury and Trade Services business. The Payment Hub is a strategic system designed to act as a Hub for various Low Value Payments Product Processors in Citi.
  • Responsible for working with various Business and Product partners to analyze and define requirements to develop the service/product that meets the strategic needs of the Business.
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to independently work with the business to understand, gather and document requirements
  • Document Functional Flow and Use Case diagrams.
  • Document the Functional Requirement Document per TTS standards.
  • Provide review feedback on Business Requirements.
  • Own the Solution during the SDLC ensuring a successful release into Production within the agreed timescales. 
  • Provide the link between the client, development team and any third party. regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Review test scenarios and test scripts for each project.
  • Triage defects and provide solutions.
  • Support Development, SIT, UAT and Implementation teams in all stages of SDLC.



Required skills and experience

  • 7-10 years of Financial Industry experience, a sound technical background will be advantageous
  • Experience defining and working with inter-system connectivity documentation
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.   SQL and Unix knowledge a Plus.
