We are looking to add an ambitious Senior Business Development Manager to our Revenue team. The new team member will be instrumental in growing our business globally as we continue to make the retail world a better and more sustainable place.
We are backed by more than $12M in funding to date from leading venture capital investors and are working with global retailers like Versace, River Island and Pepe Jeans. Our cloud-based platform improves inventory management and store operations for retailers through the use of prescriptive analytics, optimization and artificial intelligence. Ultimately, we help retailers sell more with less stock transforming the way in which they operate.
The ideal candidate has solid experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, ideally having sold multi million deals in the past to retailers. We are looking for someone that is resourceful and a strong team player.
You will be:
Defining and executing sales strategy for some of the largest retailers across the world.
Leading large (multimillion) and complex sales processes from the first meeting to contract signing.
Supporting the SVP Revenue in the coordination and coaching of sales teams across geographies.

Flexible compensation plan: We offer a fixed + variable salary as well as company equity as we progress towards our Series B fundraising round.
5-10 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Software Sales, preferably selling to large retailers.
Proven track record of consistently closing large multi stakeholder deals and exceeding targets.
Extraordinary communication skills to pitch a complex product and articulate its value in a compelling way.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in multidisciplinary teams. Having managed teams in the past is a plus.
Proficient level of English. A second European language (professional level) is a plus.
Knowledge or experience in retail preferred.
