Job Description

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the formulation and implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. He/She will assist in CSR programmes implementation and coordination, managing student management system (including data checking, analysis and generate reports etc.), and NGOs liaison. He/She will also support daily operation including enquiries and administrative tasks, prepare and collect materials and statistics for reports, story writing and programme development. Further duties include managing the inventory of equipment and materials needed for programmes, supervising the maintenance of programme equipment and updating Corporate website and Facebook page.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or above in any disciplines
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing CSR programmes and administration
  • Strong social media expertise and IT skills especially in Excel;
  • Good team player with excellent communication & organisational skills, initiative, flexibility, adaptability and patience
  • Good command of written English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel to different districts in Hong Kong
  • Passionate to social contribution and willing to work outside normal office hours
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist the Talent Development Manager in the implementation of talent development projects.  He/ She will also be responsible for managing social media platforms and deliver training programmes. Associated responsibilities include vendor management, benchmark on the best practices and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing marketing plans and support CRM programs of Sino Club. Responsibilities include managing of member acquisition and retention programmes,  handling of customer data, conducting marketing intelligence and surveys, in charge of segmentation & management reports with analysis as well as supporting member activities and promotions.
