As a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst, Latin America you are responsible forthe application of total reward strategy and philosophy for our employee population in Latin American countries. You will manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs and processes, to ensure market competitiveness, alignment with regional and global philosophy, as well as local compliance. This role partners directly with the Regional Compensation & Benefits leadership and HR Advisory teams to align global compensation programs to the business needs and trends. Conduct analysis and studies to support the business functions in developing and administering effective compensation and benefits programs in accordance with the organization's global total reward strategy and local regulations.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

⦁ Partners with the Regional C&B Manager, the business, and HR advisory senior teams
to align departmental / function total reward programs to business needs.
⦁ Conduct job evaluations, model salary increases, participate in salary surveys, collect
internal and external data.
⦁ Conduct other analysis to provide input into managerial decisions about the organization's compensation and benefit programs.
⦁ Support implementation and communication of the of the quarterly bonus and annual compensation evaluation process.
⦁ Operate as the liaison to Regional HR and Business Leadership for compensation &
benefits related topics regarding the full LAD Region.
⦁ Proactively deliver intelligence based on data to support and advise the (HR) business
partners whenever there is an opportunity.
⦁ Ensure that Corporate programs fits local needs.
⦁ Monitor local markets practices and propose adjustments to global Reward programs to remain locally appealing/competitive.
⦁ Maintain oversight on Booking’s benefit inventory, market and statutory data, and ensure effective communication of the benefits programs in place.
⦁ Manage benefits programs across the region by collaborating with brokers, benefit providers, and internal stakeholders across HR.
⦁ Contribute to robust, scalable and insightful reporting on key metrics.
⦁ Continuously seek ways to improve existing reporting and reward processes to fit with evolving requests from the business.
⦁ Work with HR advisors, finance, HRIS and other business teams to accurately maintain data for reporting and in alignment with the Reward Framework.
⦁ Must possess outstanding analytical skills that allow you to use data to build a story and drive decisions.
⦁ Requires strong communication and influencing skills, to partner with and influence stakeholders, from management to entry level, in partnership with the business and Regional Compensation and Benefits leadership.
⦁ Experience administering Compensation and Benefits programs in Workday HRIS system a plus.

Knowledge / Background:

⦁ Minimum of 05 Years of relevant working experience
⦁ Fluency in English.
⦁ Desirable Spanish
