JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

Since October 2016, Allianz Consulting has launched its French Hub to address the project requirements from Allianz operating entities based in France. This position is dedicated to the French Hub and based in Paris.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Allianz Consulting Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, facilitation, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments


Provide support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account management and coach more junior project team members


Contribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager


Discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects


Contribute to and lead internal projects


Continuously improve the quality of the training with regard to content, methodology, storyline and develop new training solutions that support business development


Further responsibilities:

Discuss with the Allianz Consulting Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects


Contribute to internal Allianz Consulting projects


KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

a) Qualification, Certification and Experiences

Master degree or equivalent


Fluent written and spoken English and French


b) Skills and Competencies

Operational insurance business and/or consultancy experience for more than 3 years


Strategic and operational management experience


Ability to lead client workshops and prepare related materials


Experience in Project and Program Management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement + Some knowledge of IT / Digital strategy topics


Experience in change management, quality management, integration and re-organization as well as training and lecturing


Sales oriented and able to identify business opportunities


Desired requirements /skills /experience

Insurance business experience and knowledge


Knowledge in data handling as well as understanding of insurance performance steering


Experience in IT/Digital strategy topics (IT/Digital strategy, IT Operating models, Digital enablement, Data strategy.)


International work experience (min. 6 months)
